Baker and pastry chef Darren Bland has devoted himself to the art of baking for over 25 years, gaining valuable experience in various bakeries, hotels, and restaurants. His journey began in London, where he meticulously honed his skills and cultivated a deep-seated passion for crafting handmade breads and pastries. Over the past decade, Darren has poured his heart and soul into establishing an artisan bakery from the ground up. Today, this thriving bakery boasts a dedicated team of over 80 employees, operates across 6 retail locations, fulfils 180 daily wholesale deliveries, and proudly produces more than 90,000 handcrafted loaves of bread and pastries each month.
